Our Natvar brand features precision medical tubing solutions for a wide range of single-use medical device applications. These include intravenous (IV) administration, hemodialysis devices, insulin delivery, cardiopulmonary bypass equipment, wound drainage and much more. Our medical grade tubes are used in hospital, clinic and home settings worldwide.

We are experts in manufacturing medical grade PVC tubing in a wide variety of configurations, grades and durometers. Our solutions also extend into other polymers and coextrusions commonly used in single-use medical device applications. These include polyolefins, such as polypropylene and polyethylene, thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs) and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). Our coextrusions of polyolefin lined, PVC tubes are world renowned for medical gas and fluid transmission applications.

Single-lumen medical-grade PVC
Our medical grade PVC tubing offers exceptional clarity and flexibility for single-use devices.

Single-lumen thermoplastic and elastomer
Our range of polymers processing includes polypropylene, polyethylene and thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) used for a range of single use medical devices which are not suitable for PVC or demand unique properties associated with these alternative polymers.

Multilayer PVC
Our multilayer medical tubing includes an inner polyethylene layer to resist absorption of gases or liquids, and an outer layer of PVC that is suitable for solvent bonding to other PVC devices. A unique, middle bonding layer ensures lamination of the inner and outer layer for maximum performance.

Multilayer thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)
Our Biopath™ product line was specifically formulated to address the problems and limitations associated with existing medical grade thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) tubing.

Coextruded striped PVC
Coextruded striped PVC tubing is produced using technology which fully embeds a radiopaque or pigmented stripe into the medical tubing wall.

Co-joined PVC (paratubing)
Paratubing consists of multiple single lumen PVC tubes longitudinally joined together during extrusion. These tubes can be joined by solvent or thermal processes, and provide distinct fluid or gas transmission paths.

Multi-lumen PVC
Multi-lumen PVC tubes are available for medical device applications that require multiple flow or working channels in a single tube.

Multi-lumen thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)

Wire-embedded PVC
Power-path™ PVC medical tubing with embedded wires provides data and fluid transmission simultaneously in a single tube.

Tapered (bubble or bump) PVC
Medical grade PVC tubes that maintain a consistent wall thickness with varied inside diameters (ID) and outside diameters (OD) from one end to the other are referred to as tapered, bubble or bump tubing.

Bubble or transition
This tubing type eliminates the need for plastic connector fittings.

Medical PVC coiled
Coiled tubing provides unparalleled elongation, while maintaining consistent fluid or gas flow channels.
